Deliveries and Returns



All our packages are sent to you via Colissimo & Colissimo International. You will receive your order by hand against signature, either directly to the delivery address provided or to your usual post office in case of absence. And of course, you can follow the evolution of your package on with your tracking number.

All orders placed before 11:00 am (Monday to Friday included) are shipped the same day. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday inclusive, will be shipped from Monday afternoon. These deadlines may vary during sales periods or one-off transactions.

For orders with multiple items, a maximum shipping time of 24 hours is expected.

The automatic calculation of shipping costs will be active as soon as your account is created.

International: Delivery charges do not include customs fees that may be claimed by the destination country.


France: Colissimo Tracking with insurance 48h to 72h

Europe: Colissimo Europe monitoring with insurance 3 to 5 days

Dom - Tom: Colissimo Dom - Tom tracking with insurance 3 to 8 days

Rest of the World: Colissimo International Tracking with insurance 5 to 10 days

These deadlines are however mentioned for information only and in working days.


You have a period of 14 days (from the date of receipt) to return an item if it does not bring you complete satisfaction. The refund (amount of item (s) excluding postage) will be done within a maximum period of 30 days. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Before returning merchandise, it is imperative to contact us to obtain a return number. The return of the goods must be made in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice and the return number marked on the package. All goods used by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.
